Ordering Information

We accept orders via our website, phone, or fax.  Our online ordering process is detailed here. 

If you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.  However, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. 

Returns are not accepted without a return authorization number.  Please contact us immediately if you would like to return product.  Items may be returned within 10 business days of receipt of order and may only be returned if the product is in the original condition.  Shipping costs cannot be refunded.  A 15% restocking fee will apply and you will be required to appropriately pack and ship items back to us.

Up to $10.99 - 30% of order total
Up to $19.99 - 25% of order total
Up to $39.99 - 20% of order total
Up to $49.99 - 15% of order total
Above $49.99 - 10% of order total

Shipping Method

We carefully pack and ship our products Monday through Friday via USPS or UPS via Priority Mail (2-5 days in the contiguous United States.)  Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of ordering.  If you would like a rush delivery, please indicate this on your order - expedited delivery charges will apply.
